Cancellation Policy: when booking your appointment the duration of the groom will be discussed, this will be tailored to your dogs’ requirements and its needs whilst in my care.
Please Arrive On Time. Time is valuable. I have a Duty of Care and will never hurry or create any anxiety: this for the welfare of your dog.
Record Card: will need to be completed on your first visit; ensuring continuity of care and up-dated on a regular basis.
You Can Relax – should you wish – in my adjoining snug overlooking the parlour with a cup of tea/coffee and magazines or even practice some Pilates (it is my studio after-all). This is lovely for peace of mind (knowing your beloved is nearby and having a stretch).
If You Are Unable to make your appointment then please give a minimum of 36 hours notice. I can then fill the space.
